FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is Flexible Dieting?
Flexible Dieting is based on the principle that our caloric and macronutrient intake are the main factors that influence our body composition and performance. It is a science-based lifestyle that gives you the freedom to enjoy a wide variety of foods within a balanced diet and allows you to achieve your physical goals and more importantly, maintain those results.
Do I have to track calories and macronutrients for the rest of my life?
No. You will only have to do it for a period of time, it is the only way to have control over what you eat. Tracking your daily requirements allows you to know that you are nourishing your body in the most consistent and effective way. Eventually, you will learn how to estimate and you will not need to track what you eat.
In which countries are the programs available?
They are available all over the world! I can coach you no matter where you are.
Can I follow a Flexible Diet and continue with my dietary preference?
Yes! Flexible Dieting allows you to maintain any dietary preference – paleo, keto, intermittent fasting, vegetarian, vegan, low carb, etc. You just have to make sure you consistently hit your daily requirements.
